eNPS - Employee Net Promoter Score
There is a globally known way of measuring employee satisfaction and engagement. It is called eNPS, which stands for Employee Net Promoter Score.
How does it work? The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is calculated based on responses to a single question:
"On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to enthusiastically recommend T.W. Frierson Contractor, Inc. to a friend or acquaintance? "
Who uses it? NPS has been widely adopted, with more than two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies using the metric. The tool aims to measure the loyalty that exists between a company and customers.
