Luke Maddox
Project Executive
Over 15 years ago, Luke joined TWF as an assistant project manager. He feels fortunate to have learned from so many people within the organization and grown his career. After being promoted to Project Manager, then Senior Project Manager, he was recently promoted to Project Executive. He is looking forward to working with and mentoring our next generation of project managers.
Dan Hasselbring
Preconstruction & Project Management
Dan joined TWF 1 ½ years ago as a Preconstruction Project Manager and has been pleased with his career growth. After expressing interest in managing projects from preconstruction to final completion, he was given the opportunity to do so and just wrapped up his first project!
Michael Massey
Vice President of Field Operations
I have been with TWF for 36 years. I started work as an equipment operator. I attended and graduated after four years of the ABC Carpentry school. I also went to a Supervisors Course. I have worked as an operator, carpenter, and foreman. This time working in the trades was such a valuable and good preparation for the promotion to Superintendent. I moved to the position of General Superintendent around 2012. I was promoted to VP of Field Ops in 2016.
